Alexis Finnie-Jenkins

My name is Alexis Finnie-Jenkins, I am a 25-year-old Los Angeles native and a graduate of the University of California Berkeley with a bachelor of arts in art practice.  I pride myself on my adaptability to many mediums and styles. I want to be able to convey emotion through my art. I work in traditional media like painting, sculpture, and drawing and I also work in Adobe Photoshop, Procreate, Clip Studio Paint,  Adobe Premiere, and Adobe Animate. I like to take on many projects like making video games, animating, creating webtoons, producing, art directing, tattooing, and graphic design. I just want to learn new things wherever I can.

I take inspiration from media like Berserk, Samurai Champloo, and Delicious in Dungeon. But I also like to look back at the classics in in art like Bernini and Klimt. I watch a lot of movies in theatre too probably 4 or 5 a month, this helps me stay up to date on trends in the entertainment industry as well as just simply going because I love movies.
